Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please call our customer service department at (865)805-3511. We will do what we can to stop the order.

If you have received shipping information for an order, it can not be cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience but we have no control over the US Postal System.

Problems with Candles
We hold ourselves to the standard of producing the highest quality hand poured, hand wicked candle available. Unfortunately, as with all manufactured products, supplies can change without our knowledge. We ask our customers to notify us with any problems they may have with our candles. If you have a problem with one of our candles, please contact us either via email or phone. We will make every effort to determine what may have caused the problem and correct it.

New Returns
Items that are returned need an RMA number attached to them. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee and must be in original new condition to receive a refund minus 15%. Shipping fees will not be refunded and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you need an RMA number, please contact us via email at mail@beanstalksoy.com
